Phoenix Children’s will host our 14th Annual Phoenix Children’s Fetal Cardiology Symposium November 7-10, 2024 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix Children’s is excited to invite you to exhibit for our meeting.
The Symposium is a four-day conference covering important concepts in congenital heart disease as well as the most recent advances in imaging, diagnosis and management of fetal cardiac abnormalities. Several pre-conferences will be offered Thursday, November 7, focused on echo evaluation of fetal cardiac pathology, hands-on live fetal cardiac scanning, advanced fetal imaging, including fetal MRI, and nursing care coordination.
Additionally, the 4th Annual Fetal Heart Society Scientific Session will take place at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa on Thursday, November 7, increasing audience size and impact of your presence at the Symposium.
The Symposium will discuss new advances in the field of fetal cardiovascular disease, including fetal therapeutic intervention, genetic evaluation, ultrasound and MRI imaging, arrhythmia evaluation and management, prenatal multi-disciplinary care, and challenges in prenatal counseling.
Your participation is extremely important to the ongoing success of this conference. As you know, the Fetal Cardiology Symposium relies heavily on the financial support from the medical industry and academic institutions to offer this high caliber educational program. We have outlined opportunities for your company or institution to have broad exposure and direct contact with the national and international participants during the Symposium. These opportunities will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date our office receives signed exhibit agreement letters.

The exhibitor registration deadline is October 10, 2024.

Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities
Exhibitor space will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. Exhibitors may begin set up on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 between 2:00 - 5:30 PM. Booth displays may not be more than 10-feet tall. If you need access to electrical power, please indicate that on your registration.
